Advanced Pelvic Power

This class is designed for people who have already taken the 'Pump Up Your Pelvic Floor' class.
Now that you know how to find, feel, and move your pelvic floor muscles, it's time to apply that knowledge to exercise. In this class, you will learn a core exercise sequence that you can do at home. You will also learn how to use your core during other types of exercise, like yoga, weight training, and more.
