Mindful Eating: The Am I Hungry? Program

Now that the holidays are over, transform the way you think about food. Join us for this interactive and engaging 8-week mindful eating program. You will learn how to tune into your natural instincts to manage your eating in a mindful, healthy way – without restrictive diets or obsessing over every bite. During the program you will learn to:
- Use hunger and satiety to guide your eating
- Eat the foods you love without overeating or feeling guilty
- Balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment
- Resolve mindless and emotional eating
Some reading is required. The workbook and book, Eat What You Love and Love What You Eat are included in price of the class.
